Thank you to all the runners who attended the first training run in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and Lucozade Sports #MadeToMove campaign. Join us for the next FREE training run on Saturday 1st September in Richmond to sample the course, get training advice and meet the team.
With the support of our Headline Charity - Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSH) and team Lucozade Sport #MadeToMove campaign we welcome you for a fun, social training run lead by a Team GB athlete and our team of running experts.
Experience a beautiful run along the riverside with training advice and a post-race social. Beginners, intermediate and advanced - ALL welcome!!!
Saturday 1st September at 9am
4 Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1EH
Our training run will allow you to choose how far you run, 2, 4, 6 or 8 miles, it's up to you! Our leaders will take groups for the distance you are comfortable with, plus the out-and-back loops means no one will be running on their own. All your belongings will be stored safely at Revolutions while you run.
After the run some energy foods and drinks will be provided and the team will answer any questions you have on training, injury and fundraising.
Our Charity of the Year, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity will be at the training runs this year sharing Team GOSH top tips and the importance of your fundraising.
If you have your own place in the race but feel inspired to join Team GOSH, then you can. Set up a fundraising page today, or make a small donation and show your appreciation to Team GOSH if you'd prefer.
A better future for seriously ill children starts here.
